de AROMAZ, ubicado en la recta de El Pangui, se desarroll\u00f3 el taller de te\u00f3rico-pr\u00e1ctico de Cataci\u00f3n de Cacao, dictado por el reconocido chef oriundo de Imbana con trayectoria nacional e internacional, Edgar Le\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El viceprefecto de Zamora Chinchipe, V\u00edctor Sarango, agradeci\u00f3 al gerente de AROMAZ por habilitar sus instalaciones para el desarrollo de este taller, donde se cuenta con la presencia de un zamorano chinchipense, que imparte sus conocimientos en Cataci\u00f3n y de esta manera obtengan mejores resultados en lo posterior con sus emprendimientos.<\/p>\n<p>Para Edgar Le\u00f3n, el estar en la provincia de Zamora Chinchipe es ejemplar, porque tiene una gente maravillosa y los productores de cacao son los verdaderos guardianes de las plantaciones que proveen al mundo, \u201c<strong>lo poco que vengo a ense\u00f1ar a trav\u00e9s de los principios de cataci\u00f3n es para crear perfiles en cada uno de sus alimentos (\u2026). <\/strong>Culmin\u00f3 Le\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>En este espacio Juan Pablo Castillo, de la parroquia Cumbaratza, felicit\u00f3 a los organizadores entre ellos la Prefectura, por esa sabia decisi\u00f3n de haber tra\u00eddo al Chef Edgar Le\u00f3n, que es un experto en esta tem\u00e1tica, <strong>\u201cnos ponemos a disposici\u00f3n con mente abierta para capturar el conocimiento y seguir siendo la cuna del origen del cacao\u201d,<\/strong> dijo Castillo.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Alrededor de 40 personas de todos los cantones de la provincia se inscribieron para participar de este taller te\u00f3rico-pr\u00e1ctico.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<!--[if lt IE
