vialidad, un eje primordial para esta administraci\u00f3n liderada por la prefecta, Karla Re\u00e1tegui. En ese sentido, la apertura vial Loyola \u2013 Las Brisas avanza con fuerza. Este proyecto conectar\u00e1 las parroquias de El Porvenir del Carmen y La Canela del cant\u00f3n Palanda. La obra tiene un avance de 4,5 km que representa el 60%, beneficiando a m\u00e1s 120 familias.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En los \u00faltimos d\u00edas, la prefecta, junto a las autoridades locales y las comunidades, realizaron un recorrido conjunto, verificando el avance de la obra, donde se constat\u00f3 la apertura, lastrado y asentamiento de mesa de la v\u00eda, adem\u00e1s del apoyo de los moradores que acompa\u00f1an y ayudan a la cuadrilla con mingas para abrir las trochas y movilizar al personal con el objetivo de agilizar la obra.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Jos\u00e9 Pineda, morador del sector Loyola, entusiasmado, expres\u00f3<strong> \u201cestamos dando la facilidad como due\u00f1os para que la maquinaria de la Prefectura, no tenga inconvenientes al momento de realizar los trabajos\u201d. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Byron Reinoso, presidente de la parroquia El Porvenir del Carmen, agradeci\u00f3 a la Prefectura por hacer realidad un sue\u00f1o tan anhelado e invit\u00f3 a seguir trabajando de manera mancomunada por el bien de los ganaderos y productores. Por su parte, Higinio Ordo\u00f1ez, presidente de la parroquia La Canela, le deseo \u00e9xitos a la prefecta en sus labores,<strong> \u201ctodos queremos que los trabajadores sigan meti\u00e9ndole \u00f1eque, para que juntos inauguremos muy pronto esta obra\u201d.\u00a0 <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cAnhelamos en el mes de octubre estar haciendo la entrega formal de esta v\u00eda y entre todos poder celebrar este nuevo circuito vial para el beneficio y desarrollo de quienes tienen sus fincas por este sector\u201d, <\/strong>manifest\u00f3 la primera autoridad provincial.
