aliado estrat\u00e9gico Naturaleza y Cultura Internacional, NCI, socializaron el Plan de Implementaci\u00f3n de Medidas y Acciones REDD+, denominado en esta provincia como <strong>\u201cPlan Sembrando Vida\u201d.<\/strong> Esta herramienta de planificaci\u00f3n territorial fue expuesta ante la Mesa Provincial por el Clima, los Bosques y el Bienestar Humano, y estuvo presidida por la Prefecta Karla Re\u00e1tegui, quien enfatiz\u00f3 que este Plan es el resultado de un trabajo conjunto de todos los sectores de la provincia.<\/p>\n<!--[if lt IE RE\u00c1TEGUI, PREFECTA<\/h5>\n<p>En ese contexto la Prefecta se\u00f1al\u00f3 que, la construcci\u00f3n del plan inici\u00f3 en el 2023 y fue coordinado a trav\u00e9s de nueve talleres a nivel provincial, con una participaci\u00f3n aproximada de 800 ciudadanos representantes de: los pueblos y nacionalidades, mujeres, gobiernos aut\u00f3nomos descentralizados, productores, emprendedores, sector minero y ambiental, comercios, academia y la sociedad civil en general.<\/p>\n<p>La construcci\u00f3n del Plan, entre varios escenarios identificados, determin\u00f3 que: el 40% el total de la deforestaci\u00f3n 2014-2022 se ha concentrado en estas \u00e1reas: Bracamoros, Cordillera del C\u00f3ndor, Yawi Sumak, y fuentes de agua; las mujeres representan el 31% de la PEA de la provincia y se dedican principalmente a actividades agr\u00edcolas, ganaderas, silvicultura, pesca y a labores de cuidado no remuneradas; 23 parroquias concentran el 85% de la densidad de deforestaci\u00f3n, as\u00ed como el 86% de la deforestaci\u00f3n total de la provincia para el per\u00edodo 2014-2022; 7 de las 23 parroquias con mayor deforestaci\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n concentran importantes \u00e1reas con explotaci\u00f3n minera.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-2197 hoverZoomLink\" 1280w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 720px) 100vw, 720px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>El presente Plan propone, mediante la ejecuci\u00f3n de cuatro componentes, mejorar la planificaci\u00f3n territorial, la gesti\u00f3n de las entidades p\u00fablicas bajo enfoques de REDD+; promover en la provincia el desarrollo de actividades productivas sostenibles libres de deforestaci\u00f3n acompa\u00f1ado de asistencia t\u00e9cnica e incentivos a los productores; implementar iniciativas de bioeconom\u00eda y aprovechamiento sostenible de productos forestales no maderables con enfoque de cadena de valor e incentivos; fortalecer la gesti\u00f3n y gobernanza de \u00e1reas de conservaci\u00f3n y uso sostenible, as\u00ed como otras figuras de conservaci\u00f3n, existentes en la provincia e implementar 1280w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 720px) 100vw, 720px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>El Plan Sembrando Vida, est\u00e1 previsto ejecutarse en el per\u00edodo 2024-2030, y se prev\u00e9 un presupuesto de 36 millones para implementar las medidas y acciones en el territorio de Zamora Chinchipe. Adem\u00e1s, presente la academia. Dirigentes mineros, representantes de los Ministerios de Ambiente, Agrocalidad, Agricultura y Ganader\u00eda; Ministerio de la Amazon\u00eda, entre otros actores fundamentales para el desarrollo del Plan.<\/p>\n<p>Se sumaron autoridades de los Gobiernos Parroquiales y Municipales.
